Client interfaces are purpose-built environments within customer service platforms where support operators directly interact with Optave's AI capabilities. These interfaces offer complete user experiences with custom UI components, intuitive controls, and thoughtful design that make AI assistance an organic part of the operator workflow, eliminating the need to switch between applications.

Zendesk Interface​

Our Zendesk interface provides an AI-powered assistant that seamlessly integrates into the Zendesk Operator Workspace. Key capabilities include:

  • Seamless Workflow Integration: Access AI assistance directly within the familiar Zendesk interface

Salesforce Interface​

Our Salesforce interface brings Optave's AI capabilities directly into the Salesforce Service Cloud through Lightning Web Components (LWC). This interface provides:

  • Service Console Integration: Enhances the operator experience within the Salesforce Service Console
  • Named Credentials Integration: Simplified authentication using Salesforce's credential management
  • Customizable Configuration: Flexible deployment options using Custom Metadata Types
